You can create your orders by filling out the order form at https://appointment.moredigital.us.
When you create your order, an account is created with your e-mail address. You log in with this account from https://appointment.moredigital.us and you are directed to the customer panel. For each shot you have taken, a section is created under a title. By clicking on these sections, you can download your uploaded documents as ZIP files in their original resolution or any resolution you want.
For shoots done on Friday you will receive them within 24 hours from the end of your shoot. Our processing team works on Saturdays to get Friday shoots processed in time.
For shoots done on Sat/Sun, you will receive them Monday by noon.
Ofcourse ! We are letting our customers request for revision once for free ! You can use our dashboard to for your requests after results are delivered.
Please make sure to add every detail in your revision.Additional request for revision after first one will require additional fees.
You can choose the services you want to receive, both as a package and as separate services to suit what you want. But remember this! Package selections will be beneficial in terms of cost.

If the wind is above 12 knots per hour (about 13MPH), it isn’t safe to operate an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, or “drone”. If your Aerial photo or video appointment is interrupted by high winds, the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Photographers are available on a voluntary basis for weekend appointments. There will be a weekend rate charge added to the regular price for any shoots done on Saturday or Sunday.
For weekend shoots, you will receive your images on the following Monday.
Yes! We provide individual service appointments for each service.
During your booking and selecting services, you can find Virtual Tour under additional services or you can select our Premium Pack. Checking the box will be enough for our team to see.
